Indiana Dunes National Park
Jonathan and I took a weekend trip to Michigan/northern Indiana to hike, enjoy some wineries, and camp for a night.
We found out some friends of ours, the Manganos, were going to be in the same area at the same time. This was their daughter, Aila’s, first time at the beach and they thought it would be a wonderful thing to capture!
We had an overcast morning at Indiana Dunes National Park which was perfect for soft lighting. The water was a bit chilly, but that didn’t stop Miss Aila from splashing, playing in the sand, and greeting the dogs that walked by on the beach.
Of course, we took family images walking on the beach and swinging in the water. It was a lovely morning for a quick 15-minute session for Jonathan, Kait, and Aila.
