Owl Ridge Wedding | Fall Wedding in Greencastle, Indiana

Groom twirls bride wearing a red dress in the woods during autumn.

Fall weddings are dreamy and this Owl Ridge wedding was jaw-droppingly beautiful from the stunning fall foliage and the bride’s custom colorful gown to the heartfelt ceremony and the s’mores bar at the end of the evening. Hannah + Bo’s Owl Ridge wedding in Greencastle, IN was full of fall views, cozy vibes, and lots of love.

Hannah + Bo via met through a dating app about a week before the pandemic created nationwide shutdowns. In the midst of a crazy time in the world, they chose each other every day and continue to do so.

Bride smiles up at groom while holding hands.

In Hannah’s words, “love is accepting someone truly as they are, flaws and all, and unconditionally loving them. It’s understanding and compromise, laughter and tears, and a warm hug at the end of the day.”

Life isn’t easy, and when you’re able to share it with someone, the burden is easier. Bo shared that when you love someone, you provide “the support and confidence to face life’s challenges and to take on things that scare us knowing that the other is there to make sure that if we stumble, we do not fall.”

Hannah + Bo’s first camping trip together was one for the books. They enjoyed a peaceful time around the fire, drinking hot chocolate, and having meaningful discussions about life. Bo said, “It is my favorite memory from the earlier stages of our relationship and embodies many of the traits of future events, activities, and conversations of ours that I cherish.”

These two love to dream and adventure together from a trip to Iceland to dinners + drinks at home in Indiana. No matter where their relationship takes them, they love experiencing life together.

The Weller’s wedding day showed so much of who they are as a couple. Their day focused on the two of them, the love they have for one another, and the adventures to come. It was tender and sweet, yet fun and full of life.

Hannah + Bo, thank you for letting us share in your wedding day and document your love story through photos.

“Ashley & Jonathan are fun and great to work with! We worked with Ashley & Jonathan for our wedding day and a mini-engagement session before the big day to get more comfortable with them and their style. They are both so fun and personable – I’ve never had such a great time with a photography duo before! Ashley has such a passion for photography that really shines throughout each session – she oohs and ahhs at sweet moments, skips with excitement when she’s nailed a shot, and always makes sure that the subject matter shines and feels comfortable. I can’t imagine working with anyone else for our big day or for our needs in the future.”

Outdoor Fall Wedding

This wedding day went so smoothly—shoutout to Owl Ridge and to All in the Details. Jonathan and I are all about being organized and have lists on lists when we prepare for our couples’ big days. All of this to say that organization makes a world of difference in how a wedding day goes!

But don’t let organization lead you to think that things are stressful. When a wedding day is organized, it can still be chill. That is exactly what Hannah + Bo’s day was—as the couple got ready, everything was very calm and joyful.

We had a blast with the Weller’s wedding party. They were so easy to talk to and so supportive of their friends which is the best combo. Not to mention: they all looked SO SHARP.

The fireplace was the perfect spot for family portraits and also happened to work well for Hannah + Bo’s grandparents because they had a place to sit between photos. It was an easy location for the family to find, it was shaded from the sun, and the stone fireplace was a pretty backdrop.
